It is a complex of three trmb esters. The presence of the ACT ester allows Tri-Tren to exhibit a rapid initial physiological response. The other two esters , HXDC and ENT, are released at a slower rate and prolong the physiological response to a relatively long absorption curve during the period of use.
trmb has an effect on promoting protein synthesis, as well as creating a positive nitrogen balance.
