Shipping policy

International Shipping:
International orders will take between 15 and 35 business days to arrive (depending on the location). The tracking information may take up to 15 business days to arrive.

NOTE: Because our products are not authorized for sale in all countries, we are not responsible if customs agents detain the product. Insumos Agropecuarios HL is only responsible for providing the tracking information on time and correctly.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Jalisco, Mexico. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale periods. We process orders Monday through Sunday. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of the order date and shipped the following business day. Please note that we adjust to the availability of current shipping companies.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow up to 24 hours for processing. After that, it will take between 1 and 14 business days for delivery within Mexico (depending on the location), and between 15 and 30 business days for international orders (depending on the location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs fees?

The prices shown on our site are tax-free in Mexican pesos, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and these are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
