Tigent

Tigent is indicated for cattle, sheep, and goats (milk and meat producers), fattening pigs, and poultry (broiler chickens and turkeys) for the treatment of infectious diseases such as salmonellosis, necrotic enteritis, respiratory disease, metritis, pneumonia, erysipelas, infectious arthritis, and other conditions caused by microorganisms sensitive to the formula, such as Pasteurella multocida.

Each mL contains:

Tylosin base
(as Tylosin tartrate) ……………………………………. 200 mg

Gentamicin base
(as Gentamicin sulfate) ………………………………. 80 mg

CBP Vehicle ………………….….…….... 1 mL

Cattle 20 mg of tylosin and 8 mg of gentamicin per kg of body weight (2 mL/120 kg), pigs, sheep and goats 10 mg of tylosin and 4 mg of gentamicin per kg of body weight (1 mL/20 kg), every 24 hours for 3 to 5 days. Poultry (broiler chickens and turkeys) 500 mg of tylosin and 200 mg of gentamicin per liter of water (2.5 mL/liter of water) for 3 to 5 days.

Route of administration: Intramuscular and oral.
