PneumoEspectol

A synergistic combination of antibacterial agents to enhance broad-spectrum activity, with an analgesic, antipyretic, and antispasmodic action; an antihistamine with anti-allergic effects; and a mucolytic expectorant that relieves dry, non-productive coughs. This oral powder is to be dissolved in drinking water. It is for the prevention and complete treatment of bacterial respiratory diseases susceptible to the formula's active ingredients, as well as associated conditions such as pain, fever, and cough. It is effective against pneumonia, bronchopneumonia, and pleuropneumonia caused by Pasteurella, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, Haemophilus, Streptococcus, and Staphylococcus. It is also effective against avian coryza, turkey sinusitis, bronchitis, and fowl cholera, among other ailments. It is an aid in the treatment of emphysema and edema to prevent bacterial pneumonia. It is also useful against gastrointestinal and other conditions.

Each gram contains:

Sulfamethoxypyridazine 125.0 mg

Trimethoprim 25.0 mg

Tylosin 30.0 mg

Guaifenesin 25.0 mg

Dipyrone 400.0 mg

Diphenhydramine 5.0 mg

Excipient USP, q.s. 1 g.

Dose:

Birds: Normal: Dissolve 1 g per 2 L of water. Acute cases: Dissolve 1 g per L of water.

Cattle, Goats, Horses, Sheep, Pigs: Young: 1 g per 15 kg of body weight. Adults: 1 g per 30 kg of body weight.
