Myiasis (Swimmer Worm)

Myiasis is indicated as an antiseptic and antimyasic for the treatment of castration wounds, treatment of the navel of newborns, maggot infestations and wounds in general.
The synergy of the larvicides contained in Miasis is responsible for annihilating the myiasis or cutaneous myiasis and providing an acaricidal effect, in addition to being an aid in healing and insect repellency.

Formula : (100ml solution)
Permethrin 1.5g
Fipronil 1.5g
Phenol 1g
Tannic Acid 1g
Camphor 2g
Vehicle cpb 100ml

Dosage and route of administration:

• Apply Miasis to the affected area and/or around the previously cleaned and dried wound.
• At a distance of 20cm from the area being treated.
• Usually one application is enough.
• If necessary, repeat with a 24-hour interval.
• In the case of maggot infestations whose opening is facing downwards, apply the product and keep the animal lying down for at least 3 minutes so that the product reaches the lower layers.
  
  

Warnings:

1. Keep out of reach of children.
2. Store in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight.
3. Like all insecticides, it must be handled carefully.
4. In case of accidental ingestion and/or skin contact, seek medical attention immediately.
